Ian DeBoer is a lifelong martial artist, proud father of an amazing 21-year-old daughter, and a dedicated professional with more than 25 years of experience serving individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. With a foundation in child development and a career built on education and advocacy, Ian has recently shifted his focus from working with families to supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

As an Administrator, his work is centered on building systems and processes that ensure individuals receive the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve. He is passionate about using his skills to make a tangible difference in the lives of others, helping those in need to thrive with dignity and independence.
